For some reason, my internal interface is refusing to use the DHCP relay agent. The clients can still access the network, but the querier uses APIPA addressing.The settings are set to use a DHCP relay agent, and ten addresses are shown as being used in DHCP.
I have tried all the settings in M$ site but they still take the 169.254.x.x querier.

Never mind figured it out.It was set to let ras pick the interface and it was picking the wrong one.
