Post a few facts.
Error message, if any?
OS?
TCP/IP stack configuration?
Firewall?
Router?

when i try to repair it, it's saying can't find the DNS...i'm not really good with comps. I just use a WIFI i don't use any USB or router. Could it be becuase i'm using someone elses internet?

You need a DNS server IP address.
Get it from the owner of the WiFi signal you are using.

If you are piggy backing on someone else's wireless internet service without permission, it is illegal in most countries under a variety of laws - theft of service, unlawful computer access, etc.
