W32time cannot sync to ntp time

I am getting the follow error message from w32time when it tries to sync to pool.ntp.org.

The difference in time is 324821ms yet I get the error - Attempt to set time greater than 12 hrs-Aborted. Anyone know what I need to reconfigure?

here is a section from when i do w32tm -once:
