I am trying to setup VPN to a small network that is behind a WinProxy server. This server is NT 4.0 and is the PDC. I have opened up port 1723 to allow for PPTP traffic inbound. The server is running RAS and another internal machine is handing out internal IP addresses to VPN clients that connect.

Outside clients are authenicated by the PDC and can use resources on the PDC but can get to any of the other machines on the network. Those machines cannot even be pinged.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
