Advice needed on setting up a network

I desperately need advice on the best way to do the following.

We have one small office in Brazil, running Windows 2000 Server, and four other machines running Windows 2000 Professional. The Server is set up with Active Directory and all the workstations log on to the domain.

We are opening an office in Holland with three machines, running Windows Professional as a peer to peer workgroup.

Our requirements are as follows:
1. To connect the two networks daily via VPN to synchronise an Access database using ISDN.

It would be nice if we could communicate via Netmeeting, use PC Anywhere etc, but these are not essential requirements.

The technical knowledge of our guys in Holland is zero! Mine is a little better but not great. Frankly I don't really know where to start .....

I will be going to Holland in the next few weeks to buy the computers, install the applications etc. I will be taking my notebook which is part of the Brazilian domain with me.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Sorry I am not a specialized in this as yet!
BUT
I am trying to set up a 1to1home networking and I seen in the Microsoft Windows update or Downlodes section a lot od doc. on thios topic as the office 2000 suports NT with out having the actual program it self. Check it out!
