Internet RAS

Can someone tell me where to find an overview of internet Ras? We want to allow more people to dial in without buying a million modems. Can we deploy internet RAS in our proxy that uses an ISP, or do we need an address on the internet to pull this off. Our ISP hosts our web site, could we have a link oln it that routes users to a logon or does this require more software/$.
