We changed a bunch win95 clients from static IP to reserved IP address on DHCP. After the change the WIN95 client PC complain about a duplicate address with no NIC address. The address then get marked bad on the DHCP server, and the client then lease another address.

Any Solutions?

Check the WINS server if you are using it. Old Ip addresses may remain causing false duplicate addresses. Also, ensure that you DHCP is connecting to the machine properly by checking its database. Once the client resolves to another leased address, try to contact the old address or release it from DHCP. These a basic tips but I am a basic person.
