I'm trying to setup 2 servers, one with 2 nics- one for intranet and the other for adsl modem. the other server is running exchange (currently with a dial up to isp for email, "internet mail service")Proxy is also running on that server. I want to move Proxy to the other server with the two nics. How do i setup Proxy to use the ADSL nic and get Exchange to "see" the internet and receive email properly.
any help would be appreciated!
Thanks

Use Microsoft's proxy server, and install the winsock client on the exchange box, point it to the one with the ADSL setup and you're good to go. I have (well, had until they melted in a house fire) a similar setup.

I wanted to get more info on the answer, because I have a similiar scenario. I have a Win98 proxy box and a Windows 2000 server wanting to run Exchange 2000. How do I have the Windows 2000 box direct itself to the Win98 box so that it can see the outside world and serve as my mail server to communicate to the outside world?

Thanks.
