Hi,

I have recently installed the network monitor agent, so that I now get a new counter called Network Segment. But I need to install the counter Network Interface, so I can see the traffic in and out of the network card, does anybody know how to do this ?

Is it related to an SMS tool ?

Normally you change the adapter properties through the Network settings icon in Control panel or right-click on Network Neighborhood.
The properties to change the adapter mode are usually under the advanced option or you can eventually find some reference to changing the adapter mode under Help.
You need to set the adapter to promiscuous mode.
